JELD-WEN artisans created a hand-carved rendition of the course’s notorious 17th island green in a solid wood door. TPC Sawgrass and its island green are icons of professional golf. JELD-WEN wanted to demonstrate the tremendous skill of their custom carvers and create a totally unique door for the enjoyment of thousands of golf fans who visit the course every year.

JELD-WEN Custom Wood Windows bring desirable natural light into the clubhouse, while blocking most harmful UV rays. JELD-WEN windows with LoĒ3-366 glass have three invisible layers of silver that make buildings energy efficient, save on air conditioning costs and help protect interior finishes and fabrics from fading.

The spectacular JELD-WEN Custom Wood Door is just one example of how the company’s artisans can bring any design to life. Whether it be the course’s signature hole or a scenic landscape from a memorable vacation, JELD-WEN can execute the design in hand-carved relief.

In addition, these windows are built with JELD-WEN’s proprietary wood preservation process, AuraLast^® Wood. AuraLast Wood is guaranteed to resist wood rot and termite infestation for 20 years, requiring fewer replacements and repairs over time. The AuraLast Wood preservation process also eliminates solvents and reduces harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) by 96 percent compared to traditional dip treatments.
