New Folding Door Opens Up Two Walls Of A House

KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. May 30, 2007 — JELD-WEN has added even more flair to its dramatic Exterior Folding Door System with a new option that’s perfect for any architectural style – a true 90-degree corner that can be completely opened to the outdoors. 

To achieve this look, JELD-WEN, the world’s leading manufacturer of reliable windows and doors, offers folding door units that meet at the corner, where two walls would ordinarily join.

When it’s time to open the doors, they fold back accordion-style from the corner inward. Beveled door edges and double weatherstrips ensure that the units are sealed against the elements – even without a structural corner post.
