Doors come preprimed, and parents and children can choose their own paint colors to decorate and further enhance the doors. Once an order is placed, doors are custom carved by
JELD-WEN and delivered in about two weeks to the originating store for customer pickup. Both slabs and prehung versions are available in the most common door heights and widths for children’s rooms.

These doors are built with polystyrene cores that are one-third lighter than traditional MDF doors. All doors have a sound transmission class (STC) rating of 31, which means they offer some of the best noise reduction of any residential or commercial doors available today. Custom Carved doors with a 1¾ -inch thickness are built to meet or exceed local fire-rating building codes for residential and light commercial use.
