NO PURCHASE OR FINANCIAL COMMITMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY AND THE PURCHASE OF JELD-WEN PRODUCTS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: THE PLAYERS JELD-WEN Golf Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia and excluding Puerto Rico, and Military Bases domiciled in international territories, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of JELD-WEN inc., PGA TOUR, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies and fulfillment companies (including legal counsel and Sweepstakes Administrator), as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win prizes. Completing the online entry form constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Promotion begins on February 15, 2010 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on April 6, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.

4. How to Enter: ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY. During the Promotion Period, go to http://www.jeld-wen.com/golfsweepstakes and fill out the online entry form. Complete and submit the online entry form, P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each entrant ("Entrant") may enter once (1) a day during the Promotion Period. No hand delivered or mailed entries will be accepted. Any discovered attempts by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of plays/entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods may result in disqualification at Sponsor's discretion. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited, violates the fair play of this Sweepstakes, and may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, or misdirected registrations, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant relating to entry or play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Sponsor's or Administrator's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of prize winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. Drawing: Sponsor will select the potential prize winner at random from among all eligible entries received on or about April 10, 2010. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.

7. Notification of Winner: The potential prize winner will be notified (subject to Sponsor's verification process) by phone or email (in Sponsor's sole discretion) on or about April 10, 2010 and may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") and tax documents, if applicable, except where prohibited by law. The Release and tax documents, if applicable, must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) days of Sponsor sending the documents to the potential winner, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from all eligible winners. If any prize, prize notification, or other Sweepstakes communication is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot be reached after Sponsor has attempted to notify a potential winner two (2) times, the selected winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected (in Sponsor's sole discretion). Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate potential winner, if any. The prize claim, Affidavit of Eligibility and Release are subject to verification by Sponsor. Winner may be asked to sign a Publicity Release in order to be awarded the prize.

8. Sweepstakes Prize: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: Golf Tournament Package including: 1) roundtrip coach airfare for selected entrant and one traveling companion (21 years of age or older) to Jacksonville International Airport, Florida from the closest major airport to the selected entrant's primary residence; 2) three nights lodging (May 7, 8, 9, 2010) at the Sawgrass Marriott, or a hotel of Sponsor's choosing (based upon double occupancy); 3) ground transportation to and from the airport to the Sawgrass Marriott or hotel of Sponsor's choosing (free shuttle service to THE PLAYERS Tournament will be provided by Sawgrass Marriott or hotel of Sponsor's choosing); 4) entry tickets for two (2) adults to THE PLAYERS tournament on May 7, 8 and 9, 2010, hospitality passes for three days of the tournament, including food and beverage provided at the Sponsor's hospitality chalets, located at holes 13, 17 and 9/18 and prime viewing, and an opportunity for the entrant (only) to play 18 holes at Sawgrass (the same course the pros play) on Monday, May 10, 2010. Selected entrant will also receive a (single) $300 hotel meal voucher to cover food/beverage expenses incurred for breakfast and dinner on the 7th, 8th, 9th and breakfast on the 10th for both the entrant and companion. Selected entrant and traveling companion must fly on the same itinerary from the major airport nearest to selected entrant's residence. Neither selected entrant nor companion are entitled to any cash equivalent for any portion of the prize not used. Average Retail Value of Prize ($4500.00). Prize is not transferable for any reason. Because of the timing of this event, selected entrant may not postpone event. In the event selected entrant is unable to travel and there is insufficient time to notify alternate selected entrant, no prize will be awarded. In the event THE PLAYERS is cancelled, selected entrant shall not be entitled to any award. In the event THE PLAYERS is postponed, selected entrant shall be entitled to prize as listed on new date. For security reasons, selected entrant may not have the opportunity to attend one or more events. No cash equivalent and all prizes are nontransferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

9. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor JELD-WEN, inc., its subsidiaries, the PGA TOUR and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion and related activities, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Administrator reserves the right to require prize winner to sign a separate Publicity Release in order to receive a prize.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Privacy: All personal information collected by Sponsor will be used for administration of the Sweepstakes. In addition, entrants may receive email correspondence from, or on behalf of Sponsor subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Sponsor uses reasonable commercial efforts to comply with Federal CAN-SPAM guidelines, and entrants may subsequently opt-out of receiving further emails by following the opt out instructions contained in the email. 13. Winners List and Official Rules: To obtain a copy of these official rules within 90 days of the Promotion Period, or to obtain a winner name within 90 days of the close of the Sweepstakes, send your request, and a SASE postage prepaid to THE PLAYERS c/o Creative Media Development, 1631 NW Thurman, Portland, OR 97209.
