Retractable Screen

These sliding patio doors are available with optional factory-installed retractable insect screens that can be retracted for a clear, streamlined look, and they're an excellent alternative to traditional roller screens. They open safely and easily with a full-length, one-piece handle and retract into a housing. When in use, weatherstrip at the top and bottom also helps keep out dirt and insects. Retractable screens are available in White or Desert Sand.

Our standard high-performance Low-E insulating glass lowers energy costs, helps homes stay cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, reducing the fading of interior furnishings and condensation. It also delivers greater visible light transmittance than tinted glass.
We also offer optional LoĒ³-366 glass, which provides more protection against heat gain by blocking harmful infrared rays, as well as providing greater energy savings.
With Low-Eor LoĒ³-366 glass, ENERGY STAR® qualified versions of this product are likely available. This means they meet or exceed the minimum energy efficiency criteria for your climate region. Our optional tinted glass is ideal for climates with intense sunlight. It reduces glare and visible light transmittance, while also keeping homes more comfortable in warm weather.
Optional clear glass consists of two panes of glass, sealed with an airspace and the perimeter of the unit is sealed. This option offers maximum visible light transmittance and superb energy efficiency in most climates.

Tempered

The tempered glass provides extra strength, enabling it to withstand force or pressure on its surface and it will not break into sharp pieces.
Laminated glass option consists of panes of glass with an invisible interlayer, sandwiched together to create an extremely sturdy glass unit. This provides increased protection for home safety and from incidental impact; it also provides an improved barrier against sound and harmful UV rays.
Neat

With the Neat® glass option, you gain natural cleaning convenience. By harnessing the sun’s UV rays (even when the sky is cloudy) to loosen dirt from the glass, rainwater can easily rinse away grime. No manual activation is required.
SoundMaster

Optional SoundMaster glass is sound-reducing to allow homeowners to enjoy much quieter living spaces. Testing shows that SoundMaster glass improves the sound efficiency of a dual-glazed window by 20 percent.
Raise, Lower and Tilt Blinds

The blinds between the glass option provides privacy and is virtually maintenance-free. The blinds, which have no exposed cords, are sealed between insulating glass so there is no need for dusting. Clear glass is standard and energy efficient Low-E glass is optional.

Simulated Divided Lites

Add architectural interest to your patio doors with our divided lite options. These options include simulated divided lites (SDL) for an authentic look. They feature grilles that are permanently attached to both the interior and exterior glass and shadow bars that are placed between the two panes of insulating glass to provide design detail.
Grilles are available in 7/8", 1", 1-1/8", 1-3/8" or 2-1/8" widths in several grille patterns. These grilles are available in the color that matches the exterior color of the patio door you choose. For more flexibility, choose woodgrain grilles for the interior of your home.

Integral Nailing Fin

For New Construction and Replacement. Our patio doors come standard with a 1-1/4" pre-punched nailing fin for easy installation into new construction applications. The nailing fin is integral to the frame. It surrounds the full perimeter of the frame and helps make installations weathertight. It is appropriate for homes with siding, stucco or brick exteriors.
Block Frame

For New Construction and Replacement. A block frame is for a patio door with a frame that does not include a nail fin. Installation can be done simply and neatly without disturbing exterior siding, stucco, interior trim, paint or wallpaper. The block frame is ideal for new construction installation into concrete or masonry walls. This frame has the same inside and outside dimensions.
Flush Fin

For Replacement or Retrofit. Our flush fin option allows our patio doors to be installed from the exterior of a home into an existing patio door frame; the fin covers the old patio door frame. No need to cut back stucco or siding, refinish interior trim or replace blinds and patio door coverings. This provides a clean, energy efficient result.
Retrofit Brickmould Accessory
JELD-WEN’s Brickmould Accessory is ideal for replacement applications. Easy to install and easily matched to existing patio doors, the Brickmould Accessory acts as trim, hiding the rough opening and raw edges around the patio door.
Integral Flat Casing

This feature includes integral exterior casing, which means there is no need to apply exterior trim around the windows and patio doors (saving you an added expense). The J-channel creates a clean look and the casing is 3-1/2" wide for an American Colonial appearance.

EverTone™ combines color pigments with bonding agents under heat and pressure to permanently adhere the finish to a white vinyl patio door. Cohesion rather than adhesion results in a finish that reflects heat and ultraviolet light far better than traditional coated finishes.
Our patio doors with EverTone will retain their exterior color, gloss and finish for years to come. Due to the unique chemical makeup of EverTone, infrared rays are reflected. EverTone vinyl patio doors show minimal heat gain over white patio doors.
