Like a coat of armor, cladding is a strong layer of metal on exterior wood windows and frames, providing extra protection and low maintenance benefits with no painting required. More than 80 percent of today's wood windows are sold with cladding.

The entry system is available in 41 frame clad colors and features the Aurora^® fiberglass door. Our frame clad colors feature a commercial-grade 70% Kynar 500^® resin system, which resists fading and chalking (finish degradation caused by ultraviolet exposure). The warranty guarantees that the finish won't chalk or fade for 20 years, even in coastal environments.

Available in a wide variety of designs, woodgrains and finishes, the fiberglass door is virtually indistinguishable from wood. Design coordination is now both beautiful and simple for builders, remodelers, homeowners, architects and dealers who are looking for great selection, simplicity of specification and a streamlined process.
